Signal Master Pty Ltd ("Signal Master", "we") respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
When you send an enquiry through this website we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the venue or site, the system you are asking about and your message. We also record the page the enquiry was sent from and the time it was sent.
Solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site survey and provide a quote. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Enquiries are stored securely in Google Cloud (Firebase) in the Sydney, Australia region and emailed to Signal Master. Access is restricted to Signal Master and the web contractor who maintains this site. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with them and for our business records.
This website does not set advertising cookies. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in future, this policy will be updated to say so.
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us at chris@signalmaster.com.au or 0400 112 447, or by post to PO Box 555, Darwin NT 0800.
If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, contact us first. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
