What we install

Every system starts with a site survey. We map the coverage your licence or your insurer requires, check the existing cabling and recorder, then design a system that uses what still works and replaces what does not. You get one fixed-price quote with the equipment listed line by line.

IP camera systems

Hikvision and other professional IP cameras in fixed, bullet, dome and turret formats, specified for Darwin heat, humidity and the wet season.

Panoramic and PTZ cameras

Multi-sensor panoramic cameras for bars, gaming rooms and beer gardens. PTZ cameras for car parks and perimeters. Fewer cameras, better coverage.

NVR and storage upgrades

Recorders and storage sized for the retention period your licence requires, with Milestone video management on larger sites.

Rooftop and external cameras

Cyclone-rated mounts, correct cable glands and UV-stable cabling, so the camera on the roof is still working after the build-up.

Maintenance and remote monitoring

Scheduled cleaning and testing, plus CheckMyCCTV health monitoring so a failed camera is fixed before it matters.

Upgrades of existing systems

We reuse sound cabling and compliant cameras, replace the rest, and hand over a documented system with remote viewing set up for your managers.

For pubs, clubs and gaming venues

Signal Master is approved to install CCTV surveillance in licensed premises to meet Northern Territory Gaming and Liquor Licensing requirements: coverage of entries, bars, gaming areas and cash handling, image quality that identifies faces, and the recording retention an inspector will ask to see.

FAQ

Common questions about cctv & surveillance

How many cameras does a licensed venue in the NT need?

It depends on the floor plan, not a fixed number. The requirement is coverage: every entry and exit, bar, gaming area and cash handling point, at a quality that identifies people. A site survey tells you the count and where each camera goes.

How long must CCTV footage be kept?

Retention periods are set by your licence conditions. We size the recorder and storage to meet them with margin, and CheckMyCCTV monitoring confirms the system is actually recording, not just powered on.

Can I view my cameras on my phone?

Yes. Modern systems give owners and managers secure remote viewing on a phone or laptop. We set it up at handover and show your staff how to find and export footage.

Do you install CCTV for homes?

Our focus is commercial and multi-dwelling work: venues, hotels, apartment buildings through their body corporate, and business premises. If you have a home antenna or camera job, call and ask; if we cannot fit it in we will tell you straight away.
